Job Summary This position aligns with the Workplace Experience Platform and serves as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for food service programs across the APAC region. The Workplace Experience Food Program Subject Matter Expert provides strategic guidance, technical expertise, and best practice support to all JLL account teams managing food services programs including cafes, catering, micro markets, barista bars, pantry services, vending, office coffee, and grab-and-go operations. This role is responsible for establishing program standards, driving consistency and excellence across accounts, and serving as the go-to resource for food program knowledge and vendor management expertise. The Workplace Experience Food Program Subject Matter Expert will be expected to provide superior consultation and support while enhancing the capabilities of account teams throughout the region.
