They will need to have demonstrable negotiation skills, have experience of striking up a rapport with even the toughest of clients and be able to speak to a variety of customers in the UK and France. To make the role successful; you will need to have the ability to navigate through difficult conversations, be able to answer complex queries, assess risk, maintain accurate records of chasing activities, and make recommendations to internal stakeholders. What this job involves Cash Management Process requests to obtain information from banking institutions Request and obtain financial information and documentation from banking institutions. Maintain and update the Legal Bank registry and documentation. Organize and manage comprehensive banking files and records. Deliver customer service support to internal teams and external clients. Provide guidance to clients and staff regarding available banking services and procedures. Conduct KYC due diligence procedures for new bank account openings including identity verification and compliance checks. M
