Job Description We are seeking a Project Co-Ordinator/Manager to join our Global Research team. This role will be based in Gurugram. This role is focused on providing organizational, analytical and administrative assistance for research projects. The role will help maintain the day-to-day operations of key global research initiatives working with a variety of teams across the Global Research community. Attention to detail, ability to learn how to use new tools and navigate complex workflows in a global organization, curiosity to learn about the real estate industry and research-related processes, strong communication and project management skills are key to this role. What this job involves Coordinate and manage the upload of quarterly research reports to the external website and internal client portal. Act as a liaison between local and regional research teams and the JBS Digital team. Ensure uploads are completed according to schedule, provide frequent status updates to stakeholders, proactively flag and resolve project delays and ensure consistent quality and accuracy of output across markets. Provide project management support for Research digital article creation, liaising with research authors, JBS Digital and Design teams.
