Senior Analyst – Payday What this job involves: Role will be primarily focused on the Pay Day & Workday Labor allocation intersection, but also engage in creating payroll accounting journals across the full suite of PeopleSoft 9.2 modules. Responsibilities: Prepare Excel/Pivot charts for daily functioning. Processes company’s payroll every pay period in People Soft. Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data in People Soft. Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes. Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law. Develop and maintain all relevant documentation, specifically the Global Data Dictionary. Ensure that appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of master data, including performing & reporting on periodic audits. Preparing ledger entries with earnings and deductions. Generating payroll reports for Managers to review. Attending to payroll inquiries from employees. Preparing reports and sending to Stakeholders as part of monthly exercise Identify appropriate use cases, create, and execute UAT test scripts. Supporting business initiatives/ support changes.
