Property Manager Position Overview Seeking an experienced Property Manager with 15-20 years of commercial property management expertise to oversee operations, tenant relations, and asset performance for our commercial portfolio. This senior-level position requires a proven track record of managing complex commercial properties and delivering exceptional results for owners and tenants. Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Management Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned commercial properties, ensuring optimal functionality, appearance, and performance. Manages building systems, preventive maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects. Coordinates with engineering and facilities teams to maintain property standards and compliance with all regulatory requirements. Financial Management Develops and manages annual operating budgets. Monitors income and expenses, prepares variance reports, and implements cost-control measures. Reviews and approves vendor invoices, processes tenant reimbursements, and ensures accurate financial reporting. Maximizes net operating income while maintaining property quality and tenant satisfaction. Tenant Relations & Retention Serves as primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Conducts regular tenant meetings and property inspections.
