What this job involves: The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate resources and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. The role is highly client-facing and involves managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of project management best practices. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for problem-solving, adapting to changing requirements, and maintaining quality and client satisfaction. This position may also support vendor coordination, procurement processes, and financial tracking related to project activities.
