What this job involves: The Post Occupancy Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil works for projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with consultants, vendors, and BU leaders, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, compliance, and sustainability standards. You will develop and implement project execution plans for MEP services, prepare project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation, and ensure design intent is met and integrated into execution. This position requires you to oversee site execution of all project works, manage coordination between various teams, and conduct regular inspections to monitor quality, progress, and compliance. You will liaise with RPMs, BUs, ACS, EHS, and facility team members to resolve technical issues, submit regular progress reports, and manage contract negotiations, variations, and change orders related to all projects while driving sustainable and energy-efficient solutions.
