Property & Asset Management Manager – Operations/Sr. Operations Objective of the role: undefined o Manages Site Operations to focus on the following benchmark pillars while they perform their assigned goals – § Brand § Clients § People and Values § Platform Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Excellence and Quality Management Ensure all properties meet or exceed defined quality standards Implement and maintain effective property management systems Achieve target scores in internal and external audits Successfully manage transitions from project teams to operations & maintenance teams Proactively manage site operations and maintenance activities Effectively handle escalations 2. Client Relationship Management Maintain regular interaction and review sessions with clients Ensure timely sharing and review of Daily Management Reports (DMRs) and Monthly Management Reports (MMRs) Achieve high client satisfaction scores 3. Vendor Management Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and evaluations Ensure vendors meet quality and service level standards 4. Technology Implementation and Innovation Drive the implementation of IT tools and AI in day-to-day operations Support the rollout and implementation of SOPs, Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software, and other IT tools (e.g., KADence, CMO, FSI Go, etc.) 5.
