Operation Director - Work Dynamics What this job involves: Leading Multi-Account Operations Across South Portfolio Are you a seasoned facilities and operations expert with proven strategic leadership capabilities? As Operations Director for our Platform Team, you'll oversee operations across multiple client accounts within our South Portfolio. You'll be responsible for implementing standardized building procedures, performance metrics, and compliance frameworks that drive consistency and excellence across all assigned properties and facilities. Through promoting best practices and developing innovative processes, you'll enhance operational efficiency and service delivery across the entire portfolio. You'll champion property safety by ensuring rigorous adherence to health and safety standards at all South Portfolio sites. Driving Strategic Platform Initiatives As a strategic thinker and operator, you'll translate organizational vision into actionable operational strategies across multiple accounts.
