Role Overview We are seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our Office Fitout team. In this role, you will support the design and delivery of workplace projects from concept through to completion, working alongside experienced designers, project managers, and clients to create functional, inspiring office environments. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to develop technical skills and gain exposure to diverse commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities Design Development Assist in preparing design concepts, space plans, and presentation materials for client approval Develop furniture layouts, finish schedules, and material palettes under senior designer guidance Produce design documentation including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and detail drawings Support FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) selection and specification Contribute to design workshops and client presentations Technical Documentation Prepare working drawings and technical specifications for tender and construction phases Coordinate design documentation with MEP, structural, and other consultant drawings Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and workplace regulations Maintain drawing libraries, specification templates, and project files Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery Attend site m
