Water Management - Center of Excellence (COE) Subject Matter Expert Position Overview: Water Management Subject Matter Expert to serve as the technical authority for all water systems across JLL managed Google portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical expertise with business acumen to ensure water system compliance, optimize performance, and drive sustainability initiatives across all water-related infrastructure. Education & Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering required Relevant certifications in water treatment, wastewater management, or environmental systems management highly desired Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in water systems management, mechanical systems design, or industrial engineering with focus on water infrastructure Proven experience in water treatment plant operations, RO systems management, and sewage treatment plant oversight Demonstrated expertise in mechanical systems design and optimization related to water infrastructure Experience with large-scale facility management or industrial water systems preferred Background in sustainability initiatives and water conservation programs Experience with regulatory compliance in water quality standards and environmental regulations Track record of leading technical teams and training program development Experience with landlord-tenant fa
