Technical Facility Manager - Facilities Lead Position Overview Experience Level: 10-15 years Position Summary JLL is seeking a Technical Facility Manager to lead operations for Oracle's Hyderabad Campus Phase 1, a large-scale facility spanning 10 acres with 3 towers. This role demands an experienced facilities professional with comprehensive technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to manage daily property operations and drive operational excellence across all critical building systems. Core Responsibilities Operations Management: Direct daily client activities, implement building procedures and performance measures, and ensure compliance with established standards. Promote best practices while developing improved operational processes to enhance site performance. Technical Oversight: Lead end-to-end technical operations including comprehensive management of all critical infrastructure systems. Maintain operational efficiency and reliability across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and automation systems. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters, building strong client relationships and proactively ensuring expectations are consistently met through exceptional service delivery.
