Position Overview The Talent Acquisition Advisor will serve as a dedicated recruitment lead supporting JLL's Facilities Operations clients, delivering end-to-end talent acquisition services for facility management, operations, engineering, and technical roles. This position requires deep expertise in facilities management recruitment and the ability to function as a strategic workforce planning partner. Key Responsibilities Strategic Recruitment Partnership Partner with client leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, operational requirements, and talent gaps. Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies that align with client business objectives and facilities operations demands. Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive landscape within facilities management. Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for facilities operations positions including Facility Managers, Operations Managers, Chief Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Supervisors, and Building Engineers. Source passive and active candidates through multiple channels including professional networks, industry associations, and technical communities. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments evaluating technical competencies, certifications, and cultural fit.
