Job Description Facility Executive / Coordinator – Soft Services (Corporate Office) Position Title: Facility Executive / Coordinator – Soft Services Department: Facilities Management / Administration Location: Corporate Office Reporting To: Assistant Manager – Soft Services / Facilities Manager Job Purpose To support and coordinate daily soft service operations within the corporate office, ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, hygiene, employee support services, and vendor coordination while maintaining workplace standards and employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Soft Services Coordination Coordinate day-to-day housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office support activities. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, common areas, and pantries. Conduct regular floor inspections and report observations for corrective actions. Vendor & Staff Coordination Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, and cafeteria vendors for daily operations. Monitor attendance, grooming, and deployment of support staff. Follow up with vendors for timely completion of assigned tasks and complaint closures. Pantry & Cafeteria Support Monitor pantry consumables and ensure adequate stock availability.
