What your day-to-day will look like: • Support Incident Management operations across Asia, including incident tracking, escalation management, stakeholder communications, follow-up, and closure governance. • Coordinate and support Change Management activities, including maintenance windows, planned works, approvals, reporting, and governance processes. • Prepare and maintain operational reports, incident summaries, dashboards, and management information for leadership and key stakeholders. • Support global incident reporting and analytics activities through data validation, trend analysis, reporting standardization, and dashboard enhancements. • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, effective communication, and timely resolution of operational issues. • Contribute to process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness. • Demonstrate flexibility to support additional operational, reporting, governance, analytics, or program-related responsibilities as required by business and client needs. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools. • Experience with data analysis, dashboard preparation, and reporting visualization tools such as Power BI. • Knowledge of Incident Management, Change Management, and governance processes. • Experience working within command center, facilities management, or critical environment operations. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a multi-regional environment. • Familiarity with alarm monitoring systems, BMS platforms, and critical facility operations. • Exposure to process improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives.
