Designation : Senior Executive Procurement OR Assistant Manager Procurement Qualification : B.Com or Any Degree Experience Required : 5+ years Shift Timings : General Shift Work Schedule : 6 days per week Work location : Bangalore As a Procurement Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of the procurement process within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to source, negotiate, and procure goods and services essential for our business operations while ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their procurement needs and develop strategies to meet those needs efficiently. Responsibilities: Sourcing: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for goods and services required by the organization. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise. Contract Management: Manage all aspects of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and renewal, to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
