What this job involves: Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre Services – at the Regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals. Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data centre providers Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplace Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value Proposition Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, cash flows, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations, Legal and Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
