JOB DESCRIPTION - PROJECT LEAD (Electrical) - Data Center/Mixed Use Development Position Summary As a Project Lead - Electrical at JLL, you will be responsible for overseeing all electrical, aspects of Data Center/Mixed Use Development This role requires strong technical expertise combined with project management skills to ensure successful delivery of MEPF services within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design and installation activities for Data Center/Mixed Use Development Review and validate Electrical designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of Electrical systems Conduct regular site inspections to monitor installation quality and progress Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, RFIs, and change orders Develop and manage project schedules for Electrical works Perform cost analysis and budget management for Electrical components Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards Participate in client meetings to discuss technical requirements and provide expert advice Manage commissioning and testing of Electrical systems Prepare technical reports and documentation for project handover Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 8&#43
