We are seeking a seasoned Transition Lead to oversee and manage the seamless onboarding and transition of new residential properties into Brightstone's property management portfolio across North India. This critical role ensures smooth handovers from developers or outgoing property managers, establishes operational frameworks, and sets up properties for long-term success under Brightstone management. Transition Planning & Execution Develop comprehensive transition plans and timelines for new property onboarding across North India. Lead end-to-end transition activities from contract signing through operational stabilization. Coordinate with developers, outgoing service providers, and internal teams to ensure knowledge transfer and documentation handover. Establish project governance structures including steering committees, working groups, and communication protocols. Conduct detailed property assessments and readiness reviews before taking over management responsibilities. Operational Setup & Stabilization Set up complete operational infrastructure including staffing models, vendor contracts, service delivery frameworks, and technology systems. Establish standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and quality benchmarks aligned with Brightstone standards. Implement resident onboarding processes and communication strategies to introduce Brightstone as the new property manager. Ensure all statutory compliances, licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements are in place before go-live. Monitor initial operational performance and address teething issues during the stabilization period (typically 3-6 months post-transition). Stakeholder Management Serve as primary point of contact for developers, homeowners' associations, and residents during the transition phase.
