We are seeking an experienced Manager - Civil to lead civil engineering activities for industrial buildings and data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of progressive experience in civil design, site development, and project delivery within these specialized sectors. Project Leadership & Delivery Lead civil engineering design and construction activities for industrial buildings and data center facilities from concept through completion. Manage site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure design to support large-scale industrial and mission-critical facilities. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and architectural disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery. Technical Expertise Provide technical oversight for site layout optimization, grading and earthwork design, stormwater management systems, and utility infrastructure planning. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including environmental permits, zoning requirements, and building codes. Review and approve civil engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports. Team Management Supervise and mentor civil engineering team members including engineers and designers. Allocate resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects. Conduct performance evaluations and support professional development initiatives. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as primary civil engineering point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Present technical solutions and design recommendations to project stakeholders. Manage client expectations and build long-term relationships through exceptional service delivery. Quality & Risk Management Implement quality control procedures to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Identify and mitigate project risks related to civil scope, schedule, and budget.
