Regional Programme Management Director – India / Japan / Rest of Asia What this job involves: You will serve as a strategic project delivery leader for one of the key sub-regions within Asia Pacific—India, Japan, or Rest of Asia—supporting the APJ Account Management and Project Management Director in overseeing the successful execution of capital works projects in the respective sub-region. In this role, you will take full ownership of project delivery within your sub-region, ensuring that all capital works initiatives—including office fit-outs, relocations, expansions, restacks, and infrastructure projects—are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the client's Global Real Estate (GRE) teams, business unit leaders, facility managers, and JLL variable project delivery teams. You will be responsible for identifying, mentoring and guiding project teams, providing oversight and guidance to ensure adherence to approved processes, governance frameworks, and to meet established performance metrics. You will additionally support capital planning and financial management within the region, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and lead robust reporting across the sub-region using JLL’s project management information systems.
