Designation: F&B Executive Qualification: Any Graduation (Hotel and hospitality background) Experience Required: 1-3 years Shift Timings: Afternoon Shift 1. 1PM - 10PM Work Schedule: 6 days per week Work location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day F&B operations in cafeterias or service areas Ensure high-quality food and beverage service standards are consistently met Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations Monitor customer satisfaction and handle guest feedback or complaints effectively Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per regulations Assist in menu planning and promotions Manage inventory, stock levels, and procurement of supplies Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory requirements Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve performance Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Leadership and team management skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, etc.) Basic financial and inventory management skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations or hospitality industry Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job d
