The ideal candidate brings 3-4 years of hands-on experience in corporate dining management, with a proven track record of delivering quality food services while maintaining operational efficiency and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee day-to-day cafeteria operations including food preparation, service delivery, and facility maintenance. Ensure smooth workflow during peak service hours and maintain consistent quality standards across all meal periods. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of fresh ingredients and supplies. Team Leadership Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, service personnel, and support teams. Develop work schedules, assign responsibilities, and conduct regular performance reviews. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
