Role Title: COCP SIM Management Executive / Telecom Coordinator Manager Department: Facilities / Administration Key Responsibilities: 1. SIM Lifecycle Management Handling new SIM activations (VI, Jio & Airtel corporate plans) Processing SIM deactivation / suspension / reactivation Managing SIM replacements (lost, damaged, upgrades to 4G/5G) 2. Documentation & Compliance Collecting and maintaining KYC documents Ensuring telecom compliance with company policies Maintaining proper approval records and audit trails 3. Employee SIM Allocation Issuing SIMs to employees based on designation & entitlement Coordinating with HR for new joiners & exit formalities Handling SIM recovery during employee exit 4. Billing & Cost Management Monitoring monthly bill statements from VI, Jio, Airtel Identifying unused SIMs / excess usage Coordinating with finance for invoice validation & payment Cost optimization and plan rationalization 5. Vendor Coordination Acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for telecom vendors Raising service requests / complaints / escalations Negotiating plans, tariffs, and resolving billing discrepancies 6. Reporting & MIS Maintaining SIM inventory database (active/inactive SIMs) Preparing monthly MIS reports Tracking usage trends and cost analysis 7. Issue Resolution Handling employee issues like:Network problemsActivation delaysData/voice plan issues Ensuring quick turnaround with vendors Required Ski
