Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cafeteria operations including meal preparation and service for multiple production shifts Plan nutritious menus suitable for manufacturing workforce with varied dietary needs Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and hygiene protocols Manage food inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost control Supervise kitchen and service staff, prepare duty rosters, and conduct training Maintain cleanliness standards in kitchen, dining, and storage areas Prepare operational budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs Handle employee feedback and coordinate special meal arrangements for events Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Catering Technology, or related field 2-3 years in institutional catering or industrial canteen management Key Skills Food safety regulations and nutrition knowledge Budget management and cost control Team leadership and supervision Strong organizational and multitasking abilities MS Office and inventory management software proficiency Work Conditions On-site at manufacturing facility Extended hours covering multiple shifts including weekends as needed Fast-paced industrial environment Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
