Assistant Manager - Transport – JLL What this job involves: Responsible for overseeing site-level transport operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Manages vendor performance, client coordination, team supervision, operational reporting, cost control, and continuous improvement across transport services. What your day-to-day will look like: Operations Management • Oversee day-to-day transport operations and ensure smooth service delivery. • Assist in planning routes, manage trip schedules, and monitor employee pickups and drop-offs. • Ensure cabs and shuttles depart on time and service commitments are met. • Maintain shift registers, vehicle schedules, and operational checklists. • Resolve employee escalations and close requests within defined timelines. Client and Vendor Management • Act as the primary point of contact for transport-related escalations. • Coordinate with client stakeholders, SPOCs, and senior management on operational matters. • Manage vendor performance through regular reviews, scorecards, and escalation tracking. • Maintain contract trackers and support renewals and addendum coordination. • Conduct regular meetings with vendors and stakeholders and share meeting updates.
