Assistant Manager – Soft Services Based out of GGN client office What this job involves: To provide comprehensive facility and contract management for the client, with a focus on continuous improvement. To achieve financial and other targets established by the Facilities Manager. Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets Floor Operations Managing all outsourced service contracts and Jones Lang LaSalle personnel, including inspections and quality management of service delivery – this includes all cleaning functions/ Security/ Administration/ Reception/ Helpdesk/ Pantry and Mailroom services. Developing and implementing building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems Ensuring an adequate supply of materials and service for the proper operation of the buildings and enter into supply and service contracts as approved by the client Routinely Inspect all contracted services to ensure performance measures are being maintained Event Management, basic sets ups, coordination with internal client groups Ensure Helpdesk service requests are attended to in time. Effectively manage the mailroom services to ensure an on time deliverable system Achieve client satisfaction to Client expectations. Reporting Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports. Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as requ
