Job Description (JD) for Instrumentation Engineer S killed and detail-oriented Instrumentation Engineer with experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments, ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems for process control and automation in pharma manufacturing. Ensure proper calibration and validation of instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, pH meters, and analytical instruments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and maintenance to support smooth operations. Prepare and maintain documentation for instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and compliance audits. Troubleshoot HVAC system and resolve instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and ensure product quality. ’ Knowledge of BMS & EMS system and related CSV documentation and protocol & it’s report execution. Support in Projects & installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems. Ensure compliance with GMP , QMS documents , and other regulatory standards USFDA .
