India Enablement Director What this job involves: As an India Enablement Director at JLL, you will be responsible for optimizing performance to drive operating efficiencies with primary areas of focus including India KPI performance, governance, performance management, and account growth. This role reports directly to the APAC account director and works across all service lines and business support groups to ensure the account is well coordinated and operating at the highest levels to meet and exceed client expectations. You will work with India Senior Account Leadership to execute the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring the client objectives and interests are met while understanding the client's key business drivers and focusing the team to ensure those priorities are aligned with account deliverables. This comprehensive enablement director role requires documenting and managing potential operational risks while ensuring compliance with MSA obligations through regular assessment and establishing cadence of stakeholder governance reviews with management of action plans in support of client strategic initiatives.
