Food & Beverage Executive Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Food & Beverage Executive to oversee and optimize F&B operations within our facility. This role is responsible for managing dining services, coordinating with vendors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily operations of cafeterias, dining areas, coffee shops, and catering services within the facility Ensure smooth service delivery during meal periods, events, and special functions Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality to maintain high standards Manage inventory levels, stock rotation, and ordering to prevent waste and ensure availability Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for all F&B outlets Vendor & Contract Management Coordinate with third-party F&B vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance Negotiate pricing, service levels, and quality standards with suppliers and vendors Conduct regular performance reviews and vendor assessments Manage vendor relationships and resolve service-related issues promptly Oversee contract renewals and participate in vendor selection processes Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and HACCP standards Conduct regular inspections
