Role Overview: The Site Lead will be accountable for ensuring operational excellence at the Client site in Mumbai, delivering all contractual obligations. This includes compliance with KPIs/SLAs, statutory requirements, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement for all hard and soft facility management services. Key Responsibilities: Act as the single point of contact for the Client; proactively build relationships with client stakeholders, attend governance meetings (MMR/QBR), and ensure timely issue resolution and escalation as per the defined matrix. Oversee all service lines - technical and soft services including transport. Ensure all services are delivered per contractual SLAs/KPIs and compliance checklists. Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation for all staff. Review and implement SOPs and PPMs as per the SOW for technical and soft services; ensure documentation, logbooks, trackers, and all compliance records are updated and accessible for audits. Manage a diverse team (on-role and outsourced); oversee background checks, discipline, and scheduled training as per the site calendar. Foster a high-engagement, safety-first culture and ensure resource deployment meets the contract.
