Housekeeping & Janitorial : Monitor daily cleaning operations, manage supply inventory, and maintain high standards of hygiene across all indoor and outdoor spaces. [ 1 ] Vendor Management : Coordinate with external contractors for pest control, waste management, and landscaping to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Safety & Compliance : Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure strict adherence to workplace health standards. [ 1 , 2 ] Staff Deployment : Manage shift schedules, allocate workforce, and oversee the performance of housekeeping and front-desk teams. [ 1 , 2 ] Helpdesk & Issue Resolution : Track facility maintenance requests, address tenant or employee complaints, and ensure timely resolution of reported issues. [ 1 , 2 ] Reporting & Administration : Maintain accurate records, manage daily logs, and generate reports on facility operations for upper management.
