Director of Fitouts Position Overview The Director of Fitouts leads and oversees the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of interior fitout projects across commercial portfolios. This senior leadership role manages teams, client relationships, and project portfolios to ensure high-quality workspace transformations that meet client objectives, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develops and implements fitout strategy aligned with organizational goals and market demands. Sets departmental vision, standards, and best practices for interior fitout delivery. Identifies growth opportunities and new service offerings in the fitout market. Portfolio Management Oversees multiple concurrent fitout projects across diverse property types including corporate offices, retail spaces, hospitality venues, and mixed-use developments. Prioritizes resource allocation and manages overall portfolio performance, budgets, and schedules. Client Relationship Management Serves as primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholders. Develops long-term client partnerships and ensures exceptional service delivery. Leads client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations for major fitout engagements.
