Job Title: Design Manager – Corporate Workplace Projects Department: Workplace Design Team Job Overview: Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to oversee the design and delivery of large-scale corporate workplace projects. As a Design Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our workplace environments are innovative, functional, and aligned with client's business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with external partners, and manage all aspects of design from concept to implementation to create exceptional, future-forward workplaces that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design management of large corporate workplace projects, ensuring adherence to design standards, budget, and timelines. Act as the primary point of contact at the project level for client regarding design-related matters. Collaborate with internal cross functional teams including real estate, workplace strategy, workplace experience, property management, construction management, sustainability & operational technology, corporate security, brand and technology to develop design concepts that support business needs.
