Construction Manager - Industrial Position Overview Manage and oversee industrial construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams while maintaining safety compliance and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Project Management Execute project plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial facilities including manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, and processing facilities. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress against milestones and implement corrective actions when needed. Team Leadership Lead project teams including superintendents, foremen, and field personnel. Conduct regular project meetings, provide clear direction, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Mentor junior staff and promote professional development within the team. Quality and Safety Management Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards on all job sites. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections. Ensure all work meets quality specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Manage quality control processes and coordinate inspections with regulatory authorities.
