Role Purpose The Finishes Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating architectural finishing works to ensure high-quality execution in line with design intent, specifications, and project timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, joinery, painting, and façade finishes. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals related to finishes. Coordinate with MEP and structural teams to ensure proper integration before finishing works. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure compliance with approved samples and mock-ups. Conduct inspections and snagging to ensure high-quality finishes. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve site issues and maintain progress. Ensure finishing works are completed safely and within schedule. Support handover, as-built documentation, and close-out activities. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in finishing works for buildings or interior projects. Strong understanding of architectural details and finishing materials. Experience with quality control, snagging, and handover processes. Good coordination and communication skills.
