Role Purpose The Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical supports the delivery of Mechanical works on projects, ensuring execution in accordance with approved designs, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assist in overseeing mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submissions. Coordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural teams to manage interfaces. Monitor site progress and support schedule and cost control activities. Ensure mechanical works comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Assist in managing RFIs, variations, and technical clarifications. Participate in site meetings and progress reviews. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in mechanical project delivery. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems. Familiarity with relevant codes and industry standards. Strong coordination and reporting skills.
