About the Role : We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager - Financial Analysis to support one of our Divisional team with a primary focus on financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions. This role works directly with the Finance Leadership to deliver strategic financial insights, business intelligence, and comprehensive analytical support for the account. The Assistant Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, variance analysis, and financial modeling while ensuring timely delivery of actionable financial insights for the Division, Account Management team and JLL Corporate Finance Team. If you are a strategic thinker, analytically minded, organized with strong financial modeling skills, and demonstrate business acumen with a results-driven approach, this role is for you. What this job involves: Financial Planning & Analysis: · Lead annual budget planning processes, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial planning initiatives · Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support business decision-making and scenario planning · Conduct comprehensive variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and trends · Prepare executive-level financial presentations with forward-looking commentary, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations · Analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvements
