Assistant Finance Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Performance and Finance Manager to join our Account Management team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance and operational efficiency of assigned client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage account-specific budgets and financial forecasts Monitor and analyze account profitability, revenue, and expenses Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Performance Management: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights Develop and implement performance improvement strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance Client Relationship Management: Act as a financial advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations Present financial and performance reports to clients Address client concerns and queries related to financial matters Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency Develop and maintain financial models and tools for account management Stay updated on industry best
