Assistant Facility Manager (Technical & Soft services) About the Role The Assistant Facility Manager (AFM) is a key member of the facilities management team responsible for delivering world-class operational service delivery across both hard and soft services. This role supports the Facility Manager in ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality building operations for premium commercial assets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. The AFM must be technically proficient, organized, and client-focused, working collaboratively to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across all facility services. Roles and Responsibilities Technical Operations & Building Systems Management Support daily operations and performance of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and life safety systems Monitor building systems, respond to operational issues, and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted service and occupant satisfaction Oversee day-to-day facility operations including janitorial, maintenance, repair, and pest control services Routinely inspect the building to ensure suppliers are meeting contractual agreements and service standards Maintenance & Contractor Management Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs in line with statutory and client requirements Manage relationships with contractors and service providers acros
