Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and visionary Practice Leader, Technical Center of Excellence to join our Technical Center of Excellence team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the organizations digital and scanning software solution delivery function, ensuring that the Center of Excellence drives innovation, quality, and scalability across all implementations. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and technical specialists to deliver value through reusable frameworks and technical best practices. The Team: You will lead and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary team of software engineers, solution configurators, and technical specialists across multiple global centers. Technical Expertise required: From a technical standpoint, we are looking for candidates with strong experience in document imaging and capture workflows , including scanning, OCR, classification, extraction, and document delivery. Hands-on exposure to Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
