Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for Intel products and technologies, ensuring solutions are optimized and market-ready. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enable ecosystem readiness and integrate customer requirements. - Develop and implement tools for product design, development, and validation to optimize quality and performance. - Create technical collateral, including product specifications, hardware design guides, and application notes. - Work closely with customers to resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production phases. - Perform design reviews, including schematic and board layout analysis, signal integrity evaluation, and logical device control validation. - Deliver product training and provide rapid technical support to ensure smooth product ramp and customer satisfaction. - Evaluate complex test environments in laboratory or field settings for customer issue resolution.
