Job Summary The PLM Program / Operations Lead (P04) is responsible for supporting PLM strategy and driving operational execution across complex, cross‑functional PLM initiatives. This role partners closely with PLM Strategy & Excellence, PLM Operations and key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and effective execution of PLM Strategy & Roadmap while providing accurate forecasting, and strong program governance . The position operates with a high level of autonomy and serves as a critical link between strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities Support PLM leadership by translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, programs, and milestones Partner with PLM Strategy & Excellence and PLM Operations to deliver PLM initiatives on time, within scope, and with high quality Serves as the gatekeeper of End-to-End PLM Business Process Maps, supporting narratives, value stream analysis and relevant Roadmap artefacts Champions and evolves PLM Solution Architecture that involves Business Process Architecture, Data Architecture, Master Data Management & Data Governance Develop and maintain forecasts for program delivery, capacity, and execution risks Lead program management and Governance activities , including milestone tracking, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, and KPI r
