Job Description: What you’ll do Design, develop, and support solutions involving NAS file protocols and storage systems. Work across file protocol, filesystem, and I/O layers to analyze behavior and resolve issues. Troubleshoot problems related to mounting, file sharing, authentication, authorization, caching, failover, and performance. Debug complex issues across OS, storage, networking, and protocol layers. Perform log analysis, packet analysis, trace analysis, and root cause investigation. Develop and maintain low-level utilities, tools, and components using C and C++. Improve performance and reliability of storage and file services. Support validation and testing for data integrity, scalability, resiliency, and failover. Collaborate with development, QA, and support teams to reproduce issues and drive fixes. Build automation and diagnostic tools using scripting languages where needed. Document technical findings, troubleshooting steps, and design recommendations.
