The Director of Engineering for the SRE organization will lead strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence across key programs, infrastructure initiatives, and innovation efforts. This role is responsible for driving large-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing resource utilization, and accelerating technology adoption while ensuring strong governance, security, and compliance standards. In this capacity, you will lead the support and scaling of highly available, AI-powered SaaS platforms built on cloud-native architectures. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding production stability, elevating system reliability, and enabling rapid business growth across multi-cloud environments, including AWS and GCP. The primary focus of this role includes incident management, release governance, reliability engineering, and operational excellence for complex, large-scale distributed systems. Infrastructure & Operations • Lead incident management processes to ensure timely resolution. • Tracks performance of infrastructure, Dev/AI ops for digital platforms. • Drive IT engagement for system integration and support. Software Management • Monitor software subscriptions, consumption, and cost optimization. • Track and Manage package dependencies and ensure compatibility. • Oversee End-of-Life (EOL) management for packages and systems. • Track and enforce EULA compliance across all software assets.
