Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Risk Manager to join our Global Logistics Contracts & Risk Team. The role involves drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and transforming contracts for IT Spare Parts sourcing and support, across multiple regions. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with strong expertise in spares, supply chain contracting and a proven ability to drive contract lifecycle management (CLM) transformation.
