Skills Required: • Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience. • French Language Proficient/Expert • Highly adaptable and able to learn new technologies quickly. • Encourage & Follow Honeywell Behavior/policies. • SAP- Order Management • Salesforce | SAP | Excel | Case Management • Interacts with customers prior to and after sale In French Language. • Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. • Develops and maintains positive customer relations. • Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. • Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer. • Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PR • Clear Backlogs. • O2C knowledge • Respond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes). • Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement. • Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes
