As part of the East for East (E4E) New Product development (NPIs), the role will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules and engage with cross-functional stakeholders and manage project risks. This role will also be responsible for driving operational metrics and KPIs for E4E Industrial Automation (IA) and Process Automation (PA) engineering teams which include but not restricted to NPI program performance, revenue tracking for Global and India localization NPIs (E4E). As such, the role must possess technical project management skills and demonstrate business acumen. The role reports into the India Engineering Operations Leader for Process Automation. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: • Understand the IA/PA New Product Introduction (NPI) Lifecycle and engage with Offering Managers and Project teams on revenue realization for India-based localization projects. • Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and schedules, often using agile / traditional approaches as required. • Team Leadership: Direct engineers and technical staff, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project costs, track budgets, and allocate resources efficiently. • Risk Management: Identify potential project roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies. • Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
