How you’ll make an impact: Support the standardization of transformer accessories and components by reviewing technical requirements, specifications, and applicable industry standards. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and other cross-functional teams to define accessory and component requirements for transformer projects. Review and implement approved transformer accessories and components in design documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. Identify technical risks related to transformer accessories and components and support mitigation actions to reduce their impact on quality, cost, and delivery. Contribute to process improvements by sharing technical expertise, supporting standard work, and helping teams adapt to evolving projects and requirements. Support the review and validation of accessory-related technical documents, drawings, and connection information to ensure reliable application in transformer designs. Serve as a subject matter expert for transformer accessories and components by guiding colleagues, sharing best practices, and supporting technical knowledge transfer across the team.
