This position will be based in Kolkata. How you’ll make an impact: You will be responsible for the Sales Target of complete Hitachi Energy portfolio business in West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand. Developing and maintaining customer relations with all important accounts of the Territory. Business Development with technical specs in activities Promote & position complete Hitachi Energy present and forthcoming complete Portfolio in various segments like Industries, Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, OEM, & New Channels. Developing, Placing, Guiding and Supporting Channel Partners and appointing new CPs in white spots of region Monitor Order Execution and support project handling team to execute the order. Receivable Management including Payment Collection as per forecast. MIS & using necessary tools like SFDC, SAP on regular basis maintaining good Data quality. Attending and resolution of customer complaints promptly. Safety, Quality and Integrity to be followed strictly.
